Advanced 3D Cell Culturing Solutions

The development of new drug candidates is an extremely risky, time-consuming, expensive, and difficult process—a process characterized by multiple failures. At Nistron, we use a non-invasive method to make biocompatible, self-standing cell-laden hollow microfibers. The hollow fibers not only provide a highly physiologically relevant environment for single or complex cell-culturing but also replicate the interstitial flow within the tissue. We have the ability to incorporate a sensing system within the microfibers structure for cell/cell interaction measurements and biosensing applications. We can create any conceivable tissue typology, such as:
